wtf is this mtl version
#panic# the chapter orders are messed up and keeps repeating past 100 chaptersThat aside, not bad if you seek a rest from action novels you've been reading. Not much conflict, easily resolve next few chapters. The book pretty much just a journey between two characters from two different worlds seeking growth together
Thanks!
MASS UPLOAD!!!!
There is a translation on novelupdates up to chapree 130 too sweet i feel my tooth achingI did'nt date read the mtl
This novel isn't bad at all. I often end up dropping novels, yet read this one from here to the mtl completely. The summary is pretty much the plot.Starving artist who is webnovelist struggling to get enough subscriptions to pay the rent and his grocery bill, his roommate is also, but ends up giving up and going back to his family. The novel talks a lot about that subject, so I assume the topic is quite important to the author.(His roommate got someone upset, so they reported his novel as showing China in a bad light, so it was censored for "review". How sad it's like that there.. )Anyhow, back to the review. He discovers that the world he is writing is becoming real. He becomes romantically attached to one of its characters who teaches him cultivation in exchange for him teaching her about the modern world and staying in his extra room. The MC is really whipped by a yandere. How else would you say it? Super - simp or licking dog? But he is trying to win her over, and he likes to get beaten anyhow by her. Weirdo. This is a big slice of life, romance novel with some work related stuff added in. He's facing a rebellion in his own books, so the plot is winning over the girl and fixing that. There is little "real world" fighting, but there is some. And honestly, he's a cultivator who is facing people who at most have a single superpower, so he's always stronger, faster, ect than them.A decent ending unlike the last slice of life/romance/cultivation novel I read (Godly Stay at Home Dad where the MC and readers were betrayed by the author, lost his cultivation, lost his friends, lost his wife, ect. HATED that after reading so much of it)I'd give it a 4.
What do you mean betrayed in godly stay home dad?
In Godly Stay at Home Dad, the MC isn't precisely betrayed. The plot at the ending arc has a huge twist, and for 40 chapters everything goes to hell but later it's solved and with a few drugs comes back with a very cute after story about everything going well, a semi-perfect ending. I loved the after story, simply too good. But nothing to hate. Edit: Now that I think about it, those after stories were a bit hidden, I had to go to a Chinese blog to read them with Google translation. So it makes sense that you never read them and hate the novel because you think that it ended badly...
Lol after stories can truly make or break a webnovel. My suggestion: if you don't like the ending, read the after stories. If you do like the ending don't read.I remember the Second Coming of Gluttony's after stories almost ruined the whole novel for me.
The ending was good but open, like after the MC went to hell, did a lot of sht, and seemingly got nothing he discovers that his wife came back to life, and they can be together again, not that bad. And the After stories are of him chasing her again. Why do you hate the afterstories of the second coming of gluttony?
They're comedy but it's basically about the MC getting raped. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.
Its a good novel sadly enough, the author isnt racist enough thats why the novel ended early. I pity chinese authors since theres a lot of competition in novel market plus the government have a tight hold on their works, if not patriot enough, your novel wont get any views. No wonder its hard to find good chinese novel especially urban novels that isnt bias. I truly pity this author.nonetheless , i do recommend this novel. Its entertaining and funny plus the author isnt really willing to be bias(thats the reason as i stated above that the novel got finished way too early) Theres a few praises for the government but you can feel it is force and it doesnt bring bad taste to your mouth. Its like its there just so that the novel wont get axed lolif you read the author's note at the end of this book you can feel his pain. Maybe this could be a reason for me to finally read some of those shitty novels that have big patriotism on them.
Awesome novel, wish translation was faster. There's MTL but I feel like if I read that, I'll lose all the enjoyment I had for the novel 🥲

Great Novel :) 5/5 for me.
